Delivery & Returns Information
We normally aim to dispatch orders received before 12pm on the same day, otherwise on the following day (subject to courier collection times).
We use a variety of couriers (Parcelforce, TNT, UPS etc) to try and offer the fastest and most secure delivery of your order, most offering a 1-2 day service.
For other requirements, Express or Timed deliveries, please get in touch for options available.
While tracking is available on most shipments, we can only give information on likely delivery times offered by the courier company, we can try and pass on any special requests, but are only at their discretion.
We operate three bands of pricing, depending on size and weight of individual items: small, standard and large format. If your order value is over £250, you will be offered FREE shipping.
Note: we currently only accept online orders for shipping to UK mainland address – for other regions, please get in touch and we will be happy to find a quote for delivery.

Any times specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position as soon as possible following your order being placed.
Delivery Instructions / Requirements
If you have any special requirements or advice to assist in delivery we will try and pass this on to the couriers, but cannot be responsible for the action that individual drivers may take. Any delivery instructions entered with your order will be at your own risk. For example, ‘If out, please leave on doorstep’, is deemed delivered by the courier. It is then assumed as your responsibility.
Delivered Items
As soon as you have taken delivery of your goods, you will be responsible for them. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Returns
In line with your statutory rights, all items purchased through our website are available to be returned to ourselves, subject to the conditions in our standard terms. All unwanted goods must be received back to ourselves in a resaleable condition, and in original packaging where possible. Please contact us for any questions regarding returns.
