Pricing
All prices are as shown on the product pages and as confirmed in the shopping cart at the time of order. Delivery charges are as shown on the products page and are for delivery to addresses within mainland UK only. Any orders placed for addresses outside of the UK mainland will be subject to additional costs to be advised at order confirmation or by previous agreement only. If for any reason the price is subject to change, you will be offered the chance to cancel the order.

Payments
Payment of the price for the product(s) is due in full with your order and we shall not be obliged to deliver any product(s) until the full price has been paid. We use the services of PayPal (Europe) to process all online payments. By clicking on ‘Add to Cart’ from our product pages, you will be directed to the PayPal secure processing site, which handles the shopping cart and payment processing of all orders. All your details will be entered on the secure PayPal site, from where we will receive notification of a successful transaction. We will only receive the details of your order and no other private information regarding your credit card or other payment related information. Full details of the PayPal payment service can be found on the PayPal Uk Web site. Where payment is made by cheque or bank transfer (by agreement), payment shall be deemed to be made when we receive fully cleared funds. Please call or email for details of payment by cheque or transfer.

Delivery
Delivery charges (to UK mainland addresses only) are listed on the products page. Delivery will usually be made by next day carrier subject to full payment. We will not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the product(s). All carrier deliveries will require a signature, by which you are accepting the delivered order is not damaged and accept responsibility for the goods. We will endeavour to keep you informed of expected delivery dates and of any delays that may arise out of our control.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products delivered, you can return goods in their original packaging within 30 days for either a full refund or replacement. Goods damaged in transit, shortages, incorrect orders or any non-deliveries must all be notified within 7 days.
